Return & Refund Policy

At DOPE VIBEZ UNLIMITED, we take pride in creating products designed to spread unlimited love, peace, and light. Many of our items are made-to-order, custom-produced, or digital in nature. Because of this, we ask that customers carefully review their orders before completing their purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Unless otherwise required by law, all sales are final.

 

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Incorrect color selection

• Accidental purchases

• Shipping delays caused by carriers

• Orders placed with incorrect customer information

• Digital products, including ebooks, audiobooks, downloads, and other digital media

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love what you receive.

If your order arrives:

• Misprinted

• Incorrect due to a fulfillment error

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the problem

Claims submitted without supporting photos may delay the review process.

Once reviewed, DVU Studio Holdings, LLC will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

• A replacement item

• Store credit

• Another reasonable remedy at our discretion

Lost or Stolen Packages

​

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

 

DOPE VIBEZ UNLIMITED is not responsible for:

• Lost packages marked as delivered

• Stolen packages

• Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers

• Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers

 

Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly regarding delivery-related issues.

 

Print-On-Demand Products

Certain products are fulfilled through our trusted production partner and are custom-made specifically for you once an order is placed.

​

Because these products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many orders enter production shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted.

If you need assistance with an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to help, but modifications cannot be guaranteed.
